Jennifer Crane (you can call her Jenn if you'd like 
) has a passion for people. She is dedicated to making lasting relationships and ensuring all clients feel supported and confident in their home-buying power.
Jenn is a Durham native and attended UNC Wilmington, where she studied communications and math education. After years of working in property management and senior living, she felt confined to large corporations and struggled to find a path that could feed all her strengths. When Jenn bought a home in 2020, she was introduced to the world of mortgage lending, and there was no turning back! Jenn truly believes that homeownership is a special way to invest in the future and is now able to feed her passion for helping others by supporting them through the home-buying process (it's a BIG deal, guys). People and math = win-win! She is currently working on becoming a Certified Financial Coach through Dave Ramsey to provide even more value to our clients.

In 2022, Jenn decided to take a chance and move to the NC Coast, where there is salt in the air and palm trees for days. She bought a house in Shallotte with her wife, Lou, and their fur-baby, Rummy. You can find her on the water or the beach when Jenn's not working, playing cornhole, or spending time with her amazing nephew. She also loves sports and is a HUGE Duke and Panthers fan! Staying in the character of doing for others, Jenn and Lou have joined the child foster care world and look forward to providing the same TLC she shows clients to children in need in the community.
